What you can expect

When your car needs repairs, start by calling us.

  1. We'll tell you which day we can look at your vehicle. Expect to leave your vehicle with us for the day.
  2. Drop your vehicle off with us. If it's after hours, leave the vehicle in a parking spot, lock it up, and put the keys in the "KEYS" dropbox in the first garage door.
  3. We'll inspect your vehicle and send you a digital inspection. Feel free to call or message us with any questions you have about the inspection.
  4. We'll send you a digital estimate for your repairs. You can choose which repairs to make and decline any unwanted repairs. We're also happy to talk to you about the estimate, so call us if you have questions.
  5. We begin work on the approved repairs.
  6. We'll send you a digital invoice when the repairs are completed. You can pay online or in person.
  7. Come pick up your car! Stop in and say "Hi" if you have time!
